Shipping Policy

The Holo Store offers free delivery nationwide across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 working days after order confirmation.

Since our products are handmade from scratch, production usually takes 5–7 working days and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, road closures, courier delays, public holidays, high order volume, or major sale events.

We always try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmation

For custom orders, our team may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the name, design, color, size or other order details before production starts.

Incorrect Details

Please ensure that your contact number, address and order details are correct at the time of placing the order.

The Holo Store will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses or customer unavailability.

Courier Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partner. Customers are requested to receive their parcel on time when contacted by the courier rider.
