Terms & Conditions
Welcome to The Holo Store. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Custom Orders
Most products at The Holo Store are custom-made according to the customer’s selected name, design, color, size and other customization details.
Customers are responsible for checking all spellings, colors, fonts and details before approving the order.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed after the required advance payment is received and order details are finalized.
Our team may contact you on WhatsApp for confirmation before production starts.
Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm most custom orders and begin production. The remaining amount is paid on delivery unless full advance payment is selected.
Prices
Product prices are listed on the website in Pakistani Rupees. Prices may vary depending on customization, size, light option, color option, add-ons or special requests.
Custom colors, second names, full names, extra cutouts, stick-ons and other add-ons may have additional charges.
Production & Delivery
Production and delivery usually take 7–10 working days after order confirmation. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, holidays, high order volume or major sale events.
Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order is approved or production has started.
Returns & Refunds
Custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund after confirmation, except in approved damage-related cases.
Customers must provide an unboxing video for damage claims.
Product Appearance
Since our products are handmade, slight variations in finishing, color, size or design placement may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade process.
Lights & Installation
Wireless lights work with AA cells. Wired lights use an adapter and may have a visible wire. 220V lights require a wall point and work with a switch.
Most wall decor and lamps require nails for hanging. Stick-ons may be available at additional cost.
