Because every order is custom-made after confirmation. The advance secures your order and allows us to start production.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 7–10 working days after order confirmation.
Since each piece is handmade from scratch, production takes around 5–7 working days and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free nationwide.
Can I add a second name or full name?
Yes, a second name or full name may be possible depending on the design.
Extra charges may apply and the final size may increase. Please confirm on WhatsApp before ordering.
How do wireless, wired and 220V lights work?
Wireless lights work with 2 AA cells, which are included.
Wired lights work with an adapter. A wire will be visible.
220V lights work directly with your wall switch, but a wall point is compulsory for this option.
Prices vary for each light option, so please confirm on WhatsApp before ordering.
How do I hang the product?
Most lamps and wall decor pieces require 2 nails for hanging.
Stick-ons may also be available at an additional cost. Please confirm on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Why is there an extra charge for custom colors?
Standard colors are already available and listed on the product page.
Custom colors need to be arranged or prepared specially for your order, so an additional cost applies. Please confirm your required color on WhatsApp before ordering.
Can I customize colors?
Yes, most products can be customized. Custom colors may have an extra charge depending on the product.

Can I change the color, font or spelling after approval?
No changes can be made after approval because we send the order for production right after confirmation.
Please check the name spelling, font, color and design carefully before approving.
Can I cancel the order after approving the draft?
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the draft is approved or production has started.
Since every product is made from scratch specially for you, we do not offer cancellation or refund after confirmation.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please make an unboxing video when opening your parcel.
If the product is damaged during delivery, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with the unboxing video so we can review and assist.
